Our reality has origin with the birth of the first enterprise of services “The New RIP SAS” in 1997 when the family business splitted, already created in the 80’s by the mother of the present Legal Representative and Director Rodolfo Siccardi, his wife Raffaella Ameri and Angela Drago, employee of the above- mentioned enterprise.
It was essentially created as a cleanliness enterprise that, with the passing of years, grew thanks to the experience of the director who, by making his abilities available, means and personal opportunities of growth, formed and developed the human resources that are at the base of the solidity and the professionalism of our business.
Today, thanks to the engagement of all our extremely qualified contributors in the utilization of advanced instrumentations and machinery and in the correct employment of products of high quality, we can distribute varied services not only about cleanliness (civil and industrial buildings, apartments, new buildings, offices, etc.), but also about rat disinfestation and extermination, inspection and cleanliness of chimneys, treatments for every type of flooring (marble, glazed stoneware, floor in terracotta tiles, parquet, etc.).
The considerable technological development of the last years has particularly taken into consideration the chemical formulation of products necessary to the resolution of the most part of cleaning problems and as we have always taken care of the environment, the products we use are absolutely non polluting, non toxic and made by the best cleaning companies in this sector of industry.
In 2003 we obtained “Il Premio Italia che lavora” (The Prize Italy that works) concerning small and middle companies at Torino Lingotto thanks to our constant attention to the requirements and full satisfaction of our customers, due to the great devotion of our extremely professional contributors.
In the same year 2003 close to the New RIP SAS of Rodolfo Siccardi a new reality was born, the “Premiata Ditta Artigiana di Servizi” (The Rewarded Craftsman Firm of Services) that starts thanks to the initiative and the entrepreneurial abilities of Raffaella Ameri (his wife and partly founder of the New Rip); her feminine imprint (90% of the contributors are women!) made a positive impression on the market with levels of quality and such professionalism as to obtain in 2006 the prize “Fedeltà al Lavoro e al Progresso Economico nell’imprenditoria giovanile”( “Faithfulness to the Work and to the Economical Progress in the youthful entrepreneurial activities”).
In a world that develops continuously from an economical and technological point of view, thanks to the untiring devotion of the work of the founders of the New RIP SAS and of the Rewarded Crafstman Firm and due to the tough industry of its employees, in 2009 Rodolfo Siccardi creates the GROUP CO.A.PI. (Crafstman Syndicate Multiservices) to support the two above-mentioned established enterprises but also to be at disposal of other enterprises that wish to collaborate and make use of new “targets” of quality.
The syndicate mainly supplies administrative staff, business and professional training courses, technology, materials, instrumentations, advanced logistics services to guarantee customers high and long-awaited levels of quality and professionalism.
This group has given a new appearance and a new power to realities strongly consolidated which have never disregarded the expectations of our large customers who have trusted for many years in the professionalism of the enterprises of our Group.
